The restaurants and lounges have been designed to take full advantage of Trillium’s defining elements – the outdoor environment of the Blue Ridge Mountains and the pristine Lake Glenville. Each venue promises to satisfy the sense of sight, sound, and smell with magnificent views, indigenous wildlife sounds, and mountain breezes.
The Clubhouse

The Clubhouse offers gourmet dining in an inspiring setting, an integral part of the Trillium experience. The comfortable Grille Room, overlooking the 18th fairway, is perfect for meeting family, old friends, or making new ones.

The Landings
For a more casual dining experience, we invite your family to visit The Landings on Lake Glenville, Opening May 2026.
Overlooking Lake Glenville, the restaurant will feature charming Adirondack décor and a beautiful stone fireplace, forming the perfect backdrop for a family meal after a day on the Lake. On the lakefront deck, smaller tables provide the perfect setting for an intimate dinner at sunset, as the fire pits come to life on the lakeshore. Enjoy a drink around the fire before dinner, or cozy up to the outdoor fireplace with a conversational soft seating area and lake view.
A few steps away from the Landings is the only pool on Lake Glenville. A large pool deck, hot tub and ample seating area provide another great experience on the lake.
Kids, Grandkids, and kids at heart will make their way to the basement, where they will find a Kid’s club and arcade. Enjoy arcade games, shoot pool, or just catch the big game on the big screen.

Trillium’s professional food and beverage staff offers our members a full catering service that is available to assist in planning and hosting an intimate dinner party, an upscale event, a special holiday or family celebration.
Members may select a menu from the list of traditional favorites or meet with Executive Chef Taylor Callaham to develop a perfect menu to compliment the special occasion. We will prepare the food; assist with your beverage needs and serve your guests in the privacy of your home or one of the beautiful settings on property.
